摘要
在低算法复杂度上实现低编码速率,首选直接模数转化增量调制编码。但增量调制编码却由于仅有后向预测,而对尖峰的刻画能力不够。提出的一种不定帧长的语音编码算法解决了这一问题,实验证明具有很好的改进效果。
Delta modulation coding is the best choice at low complication and low bit rate. However, as a result of forthcoming predicting, delta modulation coding lacks the ability to depict pinnacles. The solution of speech compression coding based on variant frame length was proposed. And its betterment was proved by experiments.
