人参果中水溶性多糖组成的研究

摘要 从人参果中提取的水溶性粗多糖经纸层析(P·C)和气相色谱分析(G·C)表明此粗多糖组成为:阿拉伯糖(Ara)、鼠李糖(Rha)、木糖(Xy1)、半乳糖醛酸(GalA)、半乳糖(Gal)和葡萄糖(Glc),其摩尔比为: 5.5:8:0.6:4:15.1:6.4。 粗多糖经酸性乙醇分级得4个级份:P_1,P_2,P_3和P_4。其中P_1只含葡萄糖和微量的半孔糖醛酸和半乳糖;P_2,P_3,P_4则含有Ara,Rha,Xy1,GalA,Gal,Glc,只是摩尔比不同,分子量也不相同。 动物实验又证明了人参果粗多糖无毒性。 Crude polysaccharides were extracted from ginseng fruit. G.C.and P.C.analysis shows that it contains Ara , Rha , Xyl , GalA , Gal , Glc , in molar proportions of 5.5:8:0.6: 4 : 15.1 : 6.4.The polysaccharides were fractionated by acid alcohol and four fractions, P1, P2, P3, P4, Were abtained, of which P1 contains only Glc and a small amount of GalA and Gal, but P2, P3, P4, contain Ara , Rha , Xyl , GalA,Gal, Glc , differing only in the molar proportions and molecular weight. The animal test proves that the crude polysaccharides of the ginsengfruit haven't virulence.
