摘要
在体操教学实践中,笔者应用力学原理,大胆改革教学器械,研制了折叠式双杠倒立训练器。在双杠上安装了立体三角支架,构成一个隐固的支撑面,突破教学难点,取得了人工帮助与保护难以达到的教学效果,比较明显的提高了教学质量。
In gymnastics teaching the author, by using the principles of kinetic mechanics, made a bold innovation on the teaching apparatus and developed a folding apparatus for training handstand on parallel bars.A stereoscopic tripod is installed on parallel bars and it forms a firm brace, thus helping the teacher to break the back of the tough point in the teaching of parallel bars, to get the effective results which can't be achieved with the help and protecting of men, and to improve the quality of gymnasics teaching distinctly.
