骨折愈合过程中骨细胞的超微结构观察

摘要 实验选用新西兰兔15只,作右胫骨中段横形截骨,四孔有机玻璃接骨板固定,造成二期骨折愈合。用透射电镜观察愈合过程中骨细胞的变化,发现骨折后炎症期骨断端皮质骨内骨细胞变性死亡,到修复期,纤维骨痂中含成纤维细胞演变的骨细胞,骨性骨痂中含成骨细胞演变的骨细胞。两种骨细胞的形态及出现时间都有较大差别。 Fifteen New Zealand rabbits were selected in this experiment. The mid-shaft of the tibia was osteotomied and stabilized by methyl methacrylate plate, producing secondary bone healing. Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the changes of osteocytes during the period of fracture healing. At the inflammatory stage, degeneration and death of osteocytes occured at the fracture edges of compact bone. During the repair stage, there were two types of callus containing osteocytes. The osteocytes in the fibrous callus were evolved from fibroblasts, but the osteocytes in the bony callus were developed from osteoblasts. There were much differences of the shape and the time of occurence in those two types of osteocytes.
