摘要
本文综述了RE(RE=Y,Nd)BCO高温超导体厚膜在MgO基片上液相外延生长(Liquid Phase Epitaxy,LPE)的初始阶段研究。外延生长初始阶段直接发生在种膜或者基片上,是整个生长过程最为特殊的阶段,对整个生长过程和晶体质量都有很大的影响。在不同生长条件下,探讨此阶段中熔体/厚膜/种膜/基板间的相互依赖关系及对生长机制的影响,包括:籽晶的部分溶化,基片的回溶,晶粒的优先溶化/生长,熔体包裹物的形成以及异质种膜外延生长的机制等。
The studies on initial stage of REBa2Cu3O7-δ (REBCO) liquid phase epitaxy growth on MgO substrate were reviewed. The epitaxial growth process in initial stage directly occurs on seed films or substrates, which is the most special stage during the whole growth process and will strongly influence the whole growth process and crystal quality. The partial melting, the preferential dissolution/growth, the formation of melt inclusion and the growth mechanism of YSNG in initial stage were discussed in this paper.
