异位妊娠相关危险因素分析

Analyses of Risk Factors Related to Ectopic Pregnancy in Wuhan City

目的 调查与异位妊娠相关的危险因素 ,获得明确的病因线索。方法 采用问卷调查形式对 90例异位妊娠患者与正常妊娠者按 1∶ 2配对病例对照研究的方法 ,统计调查 90组共 2 70例妊娠妇女 ,应用STATA软件包和 L ogistic对数据进行统计学处理和分析。结果 异位妊娠发生率与患者年龄、宫外孕次数、宫内节育器的使用、妇科炎症、盆腔手术、分娩次数、妊娠次数、流产史、社会心理因素等呈正相关 ,剖宫产为保护性因素。

Objective To investigate the risk factors related to ectopic pregnancy and to make clear its etiology. Methods Taking a census to 270 pregnancy women including 90 patients with ectopic pregnancy and 180 normal control, and analyzing the results by the statistics with STATA software and Logistic. Results The ectopic pregnancy was closely related to the patient's age, frequency of extrauterine pregnancy, using intrauterine device (IUD), gynaecologic inflammation, pelvic operation, frequency of parturition, abortive history and socio-psychological factor; the cesarean section was a protective therapeutic regime.
