世行中蒙局局长谈监管

11月16日,在世界银行驻中国代表处,本刊记者采访了中蒙局局长、常驻中国首席代表杜大伟(Mr.David Dollar,Country Director for Chinaand Mongolia,World Bank.),就中国在基础设施领域推行公私合营,以及在推进金融全球化进程中政府的角色问题,请他发表了看法。他指出,中国基础设施领域推行公私合营,政府必须建立相应的监管规定;中国金融业要想融入全球化竞争,也必须审慎地建立监管框架。在目前中国经济持续稳定发展的态势下。

At afternoon on Nov 16th, in World Bank Office, Beijing, our reporterinterviewed Mr. David Dollar, Country Director for China and Mongolia,World Bank.Mr. David Dollar gave his view on China's PPP and governmentrole in finance globalization. He said that Chinese government must set upsupervision frame not only for PPP in infrastructure but for China's financeindustry in global competition. At present, China maintains persisting andstable economic development, so establishing strong supervision framebecome more and more important.
