摘要
跨文化沟通是跨国公司管理中的重要方面。文化、文化层次及文化差异在跨国经营中对跨文化管理和谈判的语言沟通与非语言沟通的基础有着重要影响。肩负跨文化沟通任务的跨国管理者们应该认识文化差异、尊重其他文化及努力协同文化差异的重要性和必要性。
Cross-cultural communication is an essential aspect in multinational management. In this paper,culture,levels of culture,and basic culture differences between China and the western society are expatiated,the base (verbal and nonverbal) of communication is analyzed,problems in negotiation discussed,and viewpoints put forward that multinational managers should be aware of culture differences,respect other cultures and learn to harmonize cultures in order to achieve success.
