图书馆的人性化服务是一种以人为本的服务理念和方式。它是以尊重读者,关怀读者为宗旨,与读者建立一种平等、和谐的关系,促进图书效能的最大化。
The humanization service of libraries is a service idea and way of regarding people as the basic essentials. Librarians should show respect and concern for readers,establish equal and friendly relations with readers and promote their all-round development humanization service to enable the books to fully raise their efficiency. This article puts forward some suggestions in the humanization service of libraries.
