摘要
通过对 1 0 74名各类企业员工和管理者的组织学习微观动力的测试 ,从宏观组织层面探讨了组织学习动力与组织学习行为之间的关系。结果表明 :组织学习动力与组织学习行为相关显著。其中 ,组织学习动力中的“组织协调”因素对组织学习行为诸维度呈显著正相关 ,“交互性”
The paper studies the relations between organizational learning motiva tions and organizational learning behaviors by means of canonical analysis, line ar regression, and path analysis. The relations of organizatio nal learning motivations and organizational learning behaviors are found to be r emarkable; a notable correlation is found between a few dimensions of organizati onal learning behavior and the 'organizational coordination' factor of organizat ional learning motivation, and the correlation is evident between the reciprocit y of organizational learning motivation and the cooperation longevity and co operation integrality of organizational learning behaviors.
