中学生自我控制能力问卷的编制及其调查

The Compilation of the Middle School Students' Self-control Ability Questionnaire

本研究的目的是编制一套“中学生自我控制能力问卷” ,并运用问卷调查了上海地区的 885名预初至高二的学生 ,对中学生自我控制能力的特点进行了探索。研究结果表明 :(1 )中学生自我控制能力问卷由情绪自控、行为自控和思维自控三个维度组成 ;(2 )中学生自我控制能力问卷具有较高的信效度 ;(3)中学生自我控制能力成正态分布 ;(4)中学生自我控制能力在年级及性别上的差异非常显著 ;(5)中学生自我控制能力的发展还不稳定 ,处于波动之中。

The investigation was to compile a Middle School Student 's Self-control Ability Questionnaire. With the questionnaire, it investigated 885 Shanghai mid dle school students and analyzed their self-control ability's characteristics . The results showed: 1. the Middle School Student's Self-control Ability Quest i onnaire consists of three parts,namely, the control over emotion, the control over behavior, and the control over thinking process; 2. there were high reliab ilit y and validity about the questionnaire; 3. there was a normal distribution of se lf-control ability among middle school students; 4. the differences of self-co nt rol ability were significant in grad and sex; 5. their development of self-cont rol ability was not stable with some fluctuation
