摘要
研究尝试确定IT企业项目管理者的胜任力要素及其内在结构。 32 2名某IT企业开发部门的项目经理和项目小组成员参与了问卷调查 ,评价由深度访谈所确定的项目管理者胜任特征检核表 ,探讨IT企业优秀项目管理者的胜任特征模型。研究结果表明 ,IT企业项目管理者的胜任力可归为 5个因子 :个性魅力、应变能力、大局观、人际关系处理能力、品格 ,共解释方差变异的 55 .96 %。研究还探讨了该模型对IT企业项目经理的选拔和培训的参考价值。
This research aimed to figure out the competency model of project managers in an IT enterprise. A checklist with 23 competency items developed through group interviews was used to test 322 project managers and team members from the same enterprise. The subjects were asked to evaluate to what extent each ite m re presented the competency of an outstanding and successful project manager. The r e sults showed that the competency model of an IT project manager can be summed up as 5 factors: charisma and learning ability, ability of handling emergencies, i nterpersonal skill, penetrating views on the overall situation, and character an d morals. These factors accounted for 55.96% of the total variance. The result implication for the selection and training of IT project managers was also discuse.
