摘要
实施人才资源开发战略是高校教师队伍建设的必然选择。教师资源的开发必须在对师资队伍建设现状正确评估的基 础上,有针对性地提出进一步改革和完善高校教师管理体制和运行机制的举措,并妥善处理有关关系,以达到建立一支结构优 化、素质良好、富有活力的高水平的师资队伍。
It is an inevitable choice for the higher institutions to cany out the talents tapping strategy, which ought to be based on the correct evaluation of the current teaching staff establishment, Accordingly we should put forward measures for further innovation and improvement of the staff management and operation mechanism and handle well the issues concerned so as to set up an optimized, high-quality and vitalized teaching staff.
