Small-Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) played an important role during the transitional period of developed countries and newly industry countries and still is the leading role. We should emphasis on the strategy position and development tasks of SMEs when we make the regional harmonious development strategy, develop western area actively, adjust industry structure and realize the modernization of western area. With abundant of advantages, it is the best choice for western area to develop SMEs and perfect the macro policies and assistant measures.
