随着全球经济一体化的推进,我国企业实施跨国经营的必要性日益显现。从跨国经营的理论来分析,日本经常学家小岛清的边际产业扩张理论更适合我国;若依照跨国经营的模式进行取舍,应选择渐进式发展模式,但是有条件的企业有必要选择跨越式发展模式。

With the economy globalization, the necessary of multinational operation becomes more important. According to the theory analysis, we can conclude that the industry expanding theory put forward by Japanese economist is suitable. The gradual change model is usually chosen but radical change model is good to the companies with competence.
