摘要
本文在分析国内外纺织业发展宏观态势的基础上,结合天津市纺织业的发展状况,提出了发展天津市纺织业的主要战略措施。
According to the macro developing situation of fiber industry in China and overseas, we come up with the strategy countermeasures to develop the fiber industry of Tianjin city on the basis of the actual situation in Tianjin city.
