摘要在市场竞争日益激烈的条件下 ,多元化经营战略是企业寻求未来发展的一条重要途径。文章介绍了国内外企业的多元化经营战略发展状况 ,并指出了企业发展多元化经营战略必须具有的条件及应采取的对策。发展多元化必须以核心竞争力为根本依托 ,加强风险管理。
