Political Significances of Changes of Production Contracted to Each Household Policy in 1950s & 1960s

考察任何事物的变迁,首要的应透视推进或阻碍其变迁的关键因素。20世纪50、60年代包产到户责任制的历史变迁与中国共产党发展农业的思路紧密相联。当时党内囿于不同的社会主义观及对农业合作化的不同理解,在发展农业的制度选择上,始终存在着不同的思路。其相互牵动、相互影响的结果使包产到户浮沉不定、几度变迁,并折射出深刻的政治学意义。

In investigating a social change, the factors promoting or hindering the change is always the first thing to be considered. The changes of Production Contracted to Each Household Policy in 1950s & 1960s were closely connected with the CPC's ideas of developing agriculture. Because of the different understandings toward socialism and agricultural cooperation, there existed different opinions in choosing the system of agricultural development. The interactions between these opinions led to the changes of the Production Contracted to Each Household Policy, from which eminent political significances were reflected.
