Quality Evaluation of Alisma orientalis from Different Habitats

用常规方法测定不同产区、不同批次泽泻种子千粒重 ,含水量、种子净度和发芽率 ,结果 :四川彭山夏季成熟的泽泻种子千粒重、含水量、种子净度和发芽率较好。本文还分析了不同来源的泽泻种子质量存在差异的原因。

Objective: To study the seed quality of Alisma orientalis(Sam.) Juzep. Method: Collecting seeds from different habitats and studying the thousand-grain weight, moisture content, purity and germination percentage. Result: The seeds reaped in summer from Pengshan, Sichuan province are better than those from other habitats. Its thousand-grain weight is 0.4682g, moisture content is 12.48%, purity of seeds is 89.18% and germination percentage is above 95%. Conclusion: The cause of qualitative differences in seeds of Alisma orientalis from different habitats were analysed in this paper.
