摘要
邓小平从人民利益至上的价值观出发,突出对人民利益真正负责,突出维护好、发展好、实现好人民利益这个价值核心,立足人民利益看民主,把握人民利益的至上性建设社会主义应然民主,把握人民利益的历史性发展社会主义实然民主,把握人民利益的全局性推进社会主义民主化,形成了他的社会主义人民民主观,给我们怎样看待民主,怎样推进民主化提供了有益启示。
Basing on the axiology that people's interests are the uppermost, Deng Xiaoping highlights the value core that we should answer for, safeguard and develop the people's interests in deed. He grasps the people's uppermost interest to construct the ideal democracy of socialism, the people's historical interests to construct the actual democracy of socialism, the people's whole interest to advance the democratization of socialism, and lastly he forms his democratic theory of socialism。The theory offers us an instructive revelation to apprehend how to look on democracy and how to advance democratization during the course constructing the politics civilization of socialism.
