Our party has a consistent claim to fully exercise supervisory action of public opinion from press media, which is a good mode of implementing effect supervision upon administrative power. The impartation function, communication pattern, enlightenment and supervisory function of press media have an important influence upon selecting high quality representatives for NPC, upon urging the selected representatives to gain self-improvement and effectively do their duty,upon forming mutual promotion in favor between representatives and voters, upon recalling unqualified representatives and so on.
