Whereby the Faith in Law Come True

法律得以被信仰并不必然存在逻辑上的支持,西方式法律信仰是在特定历史时空下自发形成的。中国语境的法治建设不能简单地期待于西方式法律信仰,而要立足于本民族实际,探索出属于我们自己的法治道路。

The logic whereby law can be believed in is none too inevitable to exist, while the western faith in law is unprompted to be born in particular history conditions. In Chinese context of situation, people can not simply look forward to western legal belief to be transplanted into China building nomocracy and legal system; instead we should carve out our own way of construction of ruling by law on basis of native national character.
