介绍了微差控制爆破的原理和应用它进行托伪顶开采的试验工艺、钻爆参数的确定与优化以及技术经济效果等。
Above the B Group seam of Permo-Car-boniferious Period, there is a false roof which is a grey mudy shale with a thichness of 0 . 1 to 0. 8 m. The shale has many plant fossil and a tensile strength of 1. 68 MPa. The shale is soft and has a high water absorption. When moistured, the shale will be softened into mud. During the coal mining operation, due to its soft and breaking, the false foof will fall down with a coal mining operation and mix with raw coal which cause a reduction in coal quality. Therefore, with a joint technical research on false roof control between Pingdingshan Coal Mining Administration and Chongqing University,a trial on millisecond controlled blasting technology for coal mining with false roof was successfully conducted. Good results were obtained from the mining practices. This paper introduced the principle of the millisecond controlled blasting technology and application of the blasting in coal mining with false roof, determination and optimization of the drilling and blasting parameters, and the results of the technology and economics.
