摘要
胃泌素瘤以消化性溃疡、腹泻以及胃酸高分泌为其临床特点,常原发于胰腺和十二指肠壁.Zollinger和Ellison于1955年首次报道2例胃泌素瘤患者,以上段空肠良性溃疡伴胃酸高分泌和胰腺的非β细胞腺瘤为临床特征,因此也称之为Zollinger-Ellison综合征(ZES)[1].
