大鼠尾壳核的神经纤维联系:轴突顺-逆行追踪 被引量:2

THE CONNECTIONS OF CAUDATE-PUTAMEN NUCLEUS IN RAT: THE ANTEROGRADE AND RETROGRADE TRACING STUDIES

摘要 用Sprague-DawIey大鼠35只,分两组。第1组15只,用WGA-HRP轴突逆行追踪法观察尾壳核的传入纤维联系。第2组2o只,用放射自显影法顺行追踪尾壳核的传出纤维联系。结果发现:大鼠尾壳核接受来自大脑皮质广泛区域的投射,包括额叶皮质1~2区、顶叶皮质1~2区和扣带前皮质等。此外,尾壳核也发出纤维至额叶皮质、顶叶皮质、扣带前皮质和粒型岛皮质等。此结果与Voneida等认为尚未证明有无纹体皮质纤维的说法有出入。尾壳核与皮质下中枢的联系与其他学者的报道类似,主要接受同侧黑质和丘脑板内核,其次是接受杏仁内侧核、丘脑腹外侧核、丘脑内侧背核和中缝背核等的纤维。传出纤维除到上述区域外,还投射到丘脑网状核、缰外侧核和下丘脑外侧区等。 Small quantities of WGA-HRP were placed into the caudate-putamen nucleus in 15 SD rats for searching retrograde connections in it. In the other 20 SD rats, the autoradi-ographic experiments were performed in order to investigate the anterograde connections in them. The retrograde labelling is present in wide areas of cortices including areas 1 and 2 in frontal cortices, areas 1 and 2 in the parietal cortices and the cingulate gyrus. The projection from caudate-putamen nucleus to cortices was found in the frontal, parietal, granular insular area, This differs from the results of some reseachers. Some subcortical structures project to the caudate-putamen nucleus, including the substance nigra, the intra-laminar nuclei of the thalamus, the medial nucleus of the amygdala, the ventral lateral, the medial dorsal and the paraventrical nuclei of the thalamus, the medial nucleus of the mammary body, and the dorsal raphe nucleus. Besides all above areas, the caudate-putamen nucleus also projects to the reticular nucleus of the thalamus, the lateral habenular nucleus and lateral hypothalamic area.
