摘要
抗低分化的鼻咽癌单克隆抗体(BAS_s),经~125Ⅰ标记后,注入荷瘤裸鼠体内,于不同时间进行放射免疫显象(Rll),并测定实验裸鼠的肝脏等10种脏器组织与肿瘤组织的单位重量放射性比值(T/NT)及各个组织的摄取百分比,即每克组织摄取的放射性占注入总量的百分数(%ID/g)。结果表明,~125Ⅰ-BAC_s在24h后开始在肿瘤部位浓集,2~3 d后,肿瘤部位越来越呈现高度特异性的浓集。γ照相机照相结果和体内分布测定结果完全一致。
McAb BAC5, against nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC), was labeled with 125I and injected into nude mice bearing NPC cell line CEN-2. The tissue distribution of 125I-BAC5 and whole body γ scintigraphy were studied at different time after injection. The T/N (tumor/ non tumor) ratio were 0.24, 1.24 and 3.52 for liver at 10, 24 and 72 hr respectively. The %ID/g (percentage of the injected dose per gram of tissue) were 7.3, 2.88 and 1.26 for liver, as well as, 1.78, 3.58 and 4.05 for tumor. Imaging showed clear tumor pictures at 1-3 days after injection. The results demonstrated that our McAb BAC5 has specific concentration in NPC tissue.
