PCR在检测人类发干性别中的应用

摘要 从1~2cm人发干中提取基因组DNA,以募核苷酸ya、y4_为引物,经过聚合酶链反应,扩增Y染色体特异的片段(446bP)。根据有无该片段的存在来确定发干的性别。这种方法取材方便,灵敏度高、易于推广。本文还报道了科用本方法检测某案例中5根发干的性别,为侦破工作提供了线索。 Sex determination of human hair is important in forensic biology. Usually, the hair-trunk could be found rather than the hair with its root in the crime scene, so the hair-trunk has to be used to determine the sex origin. A new method is reported in this paper. The genome DNA was extracted from l^2cm hair-trunk and was amplified with the primers Y3. Y4, their sex origin was determined according to whether the 446bp amplified fragment existed or not. This methond had been used in a case work.
