摘要
作者从血管因素、血流流速剖面等方面,对多普勒超声在周围血管及内脏血管的流量测定中的问题进行了分析。认为必须使用新颖超声技术,在瞬时内同时获得血管截面及流速剖面真实信息,方可获得比较精密的流量。
Volume Flow estimation in cardiovascular system can easily be estimated by spectral Doppler sonographic patterns on duplex ultrasound. But how to measure volume blood flow in peripheral as well as visceral organs with more accuracy is still a great problem. In this paper, we discuss about the vessel factors, normal and variable flow velocity profiles, realability of velocity data detected by Doppler ultrasound, etc. Since it cannot get both of the still, so it has less realability for volume flow true data on sequential instantaneous 'spatial estimation on peripheral and visceral vessels averaging velocity' and 'vessel cross-sectional examination.area' simultaneously in any commercial avai- (Original article on page 25)liabl diagnostic ultrasound scanner
