立井冻结深度435m的开凿

摘要 介绍我国最深冻结施工的立井的冻结技术和参数、凿井设备、掘进和砌筑井壁施工技术,工程质量保证措施等经验,取得月进101.2m和平均日套内壁7.7m的快速、优质、安全、低耗的综合经济效益。 A freezing shaft sinking in Chengsilou Mine was in depth of 435 in which is the max. depth in China freezing shaft sinking. The shaft has a total depth of 501. 3m, net diameter of 6. 5m and overburden depth of 374. 5m. The shaft had 44 freezing holes, 6 temperature monitoring and hydrological holes. The freezing capacity of the refrigeration station was 8, 990, 000kj/h. The performances of the excavation and lining had following features: 1. The operation between the freezing, excavation and lining were closely coordinated with results of less freezing soil over the excavation diameter along the shaft. Therefore the less freezing soil excavated made a condition for a rapid shaft construction. 2. A short sectional construction method was adopted in a combined operarion of excavation and lining which have results in nontemporary shaft support, simple and easy operation, and a safety construction. 3. The downward excavation operation were conducted on the excavated benches. The soil excavated and loaded by laboures with two muck buckets and two hoisting systems. There was a dump truck system at the surface for muck dumping. The max. month rate of excavation and lining was 102. 5m. 4. The external shaft lining was rapidly lined with full sectional metal forms. The inner lining was lined with hydraulic sliding forms. The operation of inner shaft lining was completed with a peritxl of 54 days and a depth of 416m. The average lining completed was 7. 7m/day. The operation of excavation and lining for the shaft were completed not over 12 months. The average month rate of the excavation and lining completed was 37. 3m. This project was honored as an excellent project.
