STUDY ON THE FLOW BEHAVIOR OF PARTICLES IN AN ATMOSPHERIC FLUIDIZED BED COAL GASIFIER

摘要 本文主要介绍流化床煤气化炉有机玻璃模型(内径200mm,炉蓖结构可拆换)上进行试验的结果,提出了非球形颗粒物料的流化床临界流化速度、终端速度的准则方程。对几种新型流化床煤气化炉的炉蓖结构进行了一系列试验,得出了不同炉蓖结构的流化床内气固两相流动的流化规律和基本参数。 For exploring the flow behavior of solid-gas phase in fluidized bed coal gasifier, a physical model(20cm in internal diameter) made with perplex glass was set up. Criterion equations which can determine the minimum fluidization velocity and terminal velocity were derived by using different sizes and densities of particles in the experiment. They were quite reasonable when compared with other correlations reported by previous investigators-In order to provide a data base for pilot plant gasification program, the effect of different distributors in the model also has been investigated.
