摘要
采用原子吸收和火焰光谱分析法，检测Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者３０８例和２０９名正常对照组的血清微量元素Ｚｎ、Ｃｕ、Ｆｅ和常量元素Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ、Ｎａ含量．结果显示，Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ及Ｚｎ／Ｃｕ、Ｎａ／Ｋ低于对照组，而Ｃｕ、Ｃａ、Ｃａ／Ｍｇ则高于对照组．结合本研究结果，我们对七种元素与Ｔ３、Ｔ４及生化指标的关系进行了分析．
The trace elements Zn. Cu, Fe and ordinary elements K. Na, Ca. Mg in serum of Graves' disease patients and controls were determined with GGX-Ⅱ atomic absorption spectrophotometer and flame photometer. It was found that the colltents of Zn. Fe. Mg, K. and Zn/Cu Na/K in Graves' disease patients were significantly lower than those in controls.while Cu, Ca, and Ca/Mg were significantly higher than those in controls. Relationship between seven elements in serum and triiodothyronine, thyroxine. and biochemical target were discussed.
