摘要
报道了测定痕量镍的一种新方法.在NH3·H2O-NH4Cl-安息香缩氨基硫脲体系中,镍产生一灵敏的还原波,该波的峰电位是-0.75V(vs·SCE),镍的浓度在1.0×10-8~8.0×10-7mol/L范围内与峰高成直线关系,检测限是3.0×10-9mol/L,该法用于测定水中痕量镍,结果令人满意.
A new method for determination of trace amounts of nickel was described. In NH3·H2O-NH4Cl solution, Ni-benzoin thiosemi-carbazone(BTSC) complex produces a very sensitive reduction peak. The peak potential of the wave is-0. 75V(vs. SCE). The change of the peak height for concentration of nickel is linear in the range of 1. 0×10-8~8.0×10-7 mol/L. The detection limit is 3. 0×10-9mol/L. The method has been used for the determination of trace amounts of nickel in water with satisfactory results.
