摘要
在实地调研和理论分析基础上,认为供热系统可靠性评价指标应考虑“故障频谱”,并提出一个新的评价指标——供热系统可靠性综合评价指标公式和它的简化计算。文章最后还讨论了可靠性水平问题。
On the basis of the investigation and the theoretical analysis, the author thinks that the study on the reliability evaluation index should consider the'fault frequency spectrum' and set forth a new index-the comprehensive reliability evaluation index formula and its simplification. The paper also discusses the problem of optimum reliability standard.
