摘要
根据小龙潭露天煤矿第Ⅰ、第Ⅱ排土流程带式输送机系统的安装、调试实践,并结合系统的首、尾端部是移动设备的特点,介绍它的高压供电、电气控制原理。文章还介绍了带式输送机自动张紧装置、保护装置在调试中出现的问题。
Based upon the experiences of installation and adjustment of the first and second earth moving belt conveyor system at Xiao Long Tan coal openpit and taking into consideration that the first and the last equipment of each system are both movable devices, the paper covors the high voltage power supply to the systems and their electric control, seld-tightening device and various protective devices.
