成人腭裂伴牙颌面畸形的一期整复术

One-stage surgical procedure of adult cleft palate with dentofacial deformity

作者对２例原发性腭裂伴严重牙颌面畸形成年患者采用同期ＬｅＦｏｒｔＩ型分块截骨加Ｆｕｒｌｏｗ氏反向双“Ｚ”软腭成形整复矫正术，临床疗效满意。术后随访结果表明，这种腭裂伴颌骨畸形一期整复，不仅减少了治疗次数、缩短疗程、改善面貌与语音，且同期矫正与恢复了患者的口腔咀嚼功能。

cases with primary adult cleft palate combining severe dentofacial deformities were undergone one-stage procedure of modified Le Fort I segmental osteotomy and Furlow's double reserving Z plasty, and with satisfactory clinical effectiveness. Follow-up results show that the one-stage procedure is not only reducing treatment time and period,but also correcting velopharyngeal function.
