良性孤立性肺结节的CT征象分析 被引量:4

摘要 作者应用CT薄层扫描和图象后处理技术对84例经病理和临床证实的良性孤立性肺结节的CT征象进行了分析。结果表明:(1)良性孤立性肺结节的CT定位诊断准确率为100%,定性诊断准确率为80.95%;(2)部分良性孤立性肺结节的CT定性诊断有困难,原因在于这类良性孤立性肺结节的CT表现(如病灶外形、内部结构、周围形态等)酷似恶性孤立性肺结节;(3)在常见的良性孤立性肺结节中,结核球、炎性假瘤及支气管囊肿合并感染时往往以恶性病变的形式出现,给CT鉴别诊断带来难度。 CT imaging for 84 Benign Solitary Pulmonary Nodules (BSPN) were correlated with the pathologic specimens and analysed using thin-section CT scanning with image processing by authors. The results showed that (1) CT was most effective in position establishing confident diagnosis of BSPN (100%) and ascertain the nature of BSPN (80.95%). (2)Diagnosis for a part of BSPN was difficulty. There was the reason: Edge and internal characteristics of BSPN mimic malignant lesions. (3) CT differential diagnosis was very difficult when Tuberculosis, Inflammatory Pseudotumor, Cysitic Bronchiectasis complicated infection showed a mimic malignant lesions.
