摘要
“飞车”是货运索道的一种恶性事故,本文根据国内80余条货运索道飞车事故记录,对制动器的设计选型、安装调试、使用维修以及对索道管理、操作人员的素质等方面进行分析,并针对实际情况,提出7点对策。
Overspeed or loss of speed control is one of the worst accidents happened in goods ropeways. Based on overspeed accident records from more than 80 goods ropeways in our country, this paper analyses from the view points of designing, selecting, installing, adjusting and servicing of brakes, required accomplishments for managerial and operational personnel are listed. Seven measures are proposed in accordance with practical situation.
