摘要 合金铸造修复中,铸金的收缩补偿,主要依赖各种包埋料的膨胀。目前广泛使用的有石膏系,磷酸盐系和硅酸乙酯系包埋料。石膏结合系包埋料在加热到700℃以上时,石音分解放出SO2污染铸金.产生坚固的粘连,同时由于气体的逸出包埋料收缩,铸件的精度降低。
