听性脑干慢负相反应(SN10)的实验研究

摘要 应用具有频率特性的Logon刺激声诱发听性脑干慢负相反应(SN10),探讨了纯音听阈、Logon行为阈及SN10反应阈之间的关系。实验分三组:①正常组30耳;②平坦型感音神经性听力损失组40耳;③陡降型感音神经性听力损失组40耳。研究结果表明:①正常组及平坦型感音神经性听力损失组之SN10反应阈在Logon行为阈上10~13dB,在纯音听阈上26~28dB;②以SN10反应阈来预估Logon行为阈,95%的Logon行为阈理论值在实测值±10dB以内,99%的Logon行为阈理论值在实测值±15dB以内;③如果相邻两倍频SN10反应阈差值≥10dB时,可初步判断其听力图型为陡降型;④SN10潜伏期-强度函数曲线及振幅-强度函数曲线符合ABR一般规律。 Abstract The correlation among pure tone threshold and logon behavioral threshold as well as SN 10 threshold was determined in normal and abnormal subjects. Five stimuli,including logon 0.5,1,2,4 and 8 kH_Z were selected.The results showed as follows:(1)In normals,NS 10 is 10-12 dBnHL at each frequency. There is no signif- icance arnong SN 10 threshold of five frequecies.(2)In subjects with flat sen- sorineural hearing loss ,the difference between logon threshold and SN 10 threshold is about 10-13 dB at each frequency. There is no significant difference among those of five frequencies.(3)There is a strong positive linear correlation between SN 10 threshold and logon behaviora1 threshold in flat sensorineural hearing loss subjects. (4)When difference of SN 10 threshold among adjacent frequencies is equal to 10 dB,steep pure tone audiogram is first considered.
