The indications and complications of pectoralis myocutaneous flap ──An analysis of 379 cases.

本文对１０余年来３７５例共３７９次胸大肌肌皮瓣的临床使用进行分析，此瓣供血可靠，能满足大多数头颈部肿瘤手术的缺损修复和功能重建，是一块用途广范的组织瓣。全组皮瓣全部坏死率１．８％，部分坏死率５．０％。作者对胸大肌肌皮瓣手术的并发症及其预防，提供了自己的经验。

Abstract This is a 11 year experience of the reconstruction of head and neck defect with pectoral major myocutaneous flap.375 cases and 379 flaps were reported.Total flap necrosis was 1.8%。 Partial necrosis was 5%. This flap is safe,simple to perform,and could meet most of the reconstruction requiments in head and neck regeon. It is a most useful flap. The authors discussed the prevention of the complications. To preserve the lateral thoracic artety along with the thoracoacromial artery as the ves- sel pedicle can reduce the flap crisis. Meanwhile,it is important to select the broad- spectrum antibiotics in the high-risk patients and to use the continuous suction.
