口腔癌病人多原发癌─—附9例报告

Multiple primary cancers in patients with oral cancer──Analysis of 9 cases

头颈部是多原发癌最常发生的部位。其发生率为１０～２０％，最高者达２７％。本文回顾了１９８９年５月至１９９１年３月在我院治疗、有随访资料的１０７例口腔鳞状细胞癌病人，结果５例为多原发癌，发生率为４．９％。在复习以往的病案资料中，发现４例多原发癌患者。笔者结合文献对该９例患者进行了临床分析，讨论头颈多原发癌发生率、好发部位、病因及预后等问题。

Abstract The head and neck are the commonest sites for multiple primary cancers(MPC).The occurrence were up to 10 to 27%of patients. From May 1989 to March 1991,107 oral squamous cell cancinoma patients were treated in our hospital.A fol- lowed up study was carried out in Sept 1993.Among the 107 patients there were 5 multiple primary cancers. The incidence rate of MPC was 4.9%. In addition,anoth- er 4 cases of MPC were found of the reviewing the ases treated at our hospital in the past years. A discussion was made on the incide e,etiology,locations and prog- nosis of MPC.
