鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术（附35例疗效分析）

Endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy :Results in 35 cases

鼻内窥镜监视下经鼻行泪囊鼻腔造孔术，具有损伤小，方法简便、快捷，并发症少等优点，在临床上有着广阔的应用前景。本文报告了近期内一组３５例（４０眼）接受鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术的慢性泪囊炎患者的３～８个月的临床疗效随访观察结果，有效率为９５％。本文探讨了影响手术疗效的相关因素，总结归纳了手术规范步骤。

Abstract Endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy is a new approach for surgical treatment of chronic lacrimal obstruction. This technique has following advantages,such as less damage,no facial scar,less operative complications and so on. This paper presented the results of 35 cases who had undergone endoscopic transnasal dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis.The postoperative follow-up waw 3～8months. The effective rate was 95%. And also in this paper the operative technique was discussed.
