前庭内壁对内耳道手术的解剖学研究

An anatomic study of medial wall of the vestibule for surgery of the internal auditory canal

经乳突经迷路进路至内耳道的手术，临床指征较多。作者通过３０耳的解剖学研究，发现有关前庭内壁结构及前庭内壁与内耳道之间关系密切，并提出经前庭内壁的“后迷路三角”定位法。它与目前常用的几种内耳道定位法并无矛盾，而且更有可取性，系既安全又实用的术式，尤易为初学者所掌握。

Abstract Transmastoid translabyrinthine approach to the internal auditory canal has many indications in clinics,The authors found the structures about the medial wall of the vestibule and the close relationships between it and the internal audtiory canal by anatomic study on thirty ears,and first proposed the opening of internal auditory canal via 'posterior labyrinthine triangle'localizing it through the medial wall of the vestibule. There is no contradiction with the usual localization metheds at present,however,it is more accessible,safe,practicable; and is easily handled to beginners.
