下咽、颈段食管恶性肿瘤诊断及治疗经验（附33例报告）

An experience of the treatment on 33 cases of hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal carcinoma

本文报告自１９８７年１月至１９９２年１２月６年间３３例下咽和颈段食管癌的临床资料，介绍了四种成功的治疗经验，重点讨论了诊断、治疗失败的教训。

Abstract The experiences of trcatment on 33 cases of hypopharyngeal and cervical eslophagcal carcinoma from Janury,1987 to December,1992 were reported. There were 30 males and 3 females, 39-65 years old. The patients with lesion involving the cervical esophagus only were in 12,hypopharyngeal and cervical esophageal carcinoma in 8; vallecula epiglottical carcinoma in 9,and petcricoid carcinoma in 4. The stages of 21 patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma were stage T1(T1 N0M0)in 1; stage T2 (T2N0M0 ) in 1; stage T3(T3N0M03,T3N1M0 4 ) in 7,stage T4( T4N0M0 5,T3-4,N2-3;M0 4,T4N1M0 3 ) in 12 respectively. The operation of laryngoesophagopharyngectomy was used for treatment in these patients.The result showed that two years survival rate was 4 0.7%(11/27),and five years survival rate was 33.3%(4/12)。
