后侧颅底肿瘤的外科治疗-附12例报告

Surgical treatment of tumors in postero-lateral cranial base-12 cases reported

报告１２例后侧颅底肿瘤，良性９例，恶性３例。经颅。颈联合进路手术切除ｌ例，保守治疗１１例。良性组随访１～５年均健在，恶性组观察１～３年，２例健在，Ｉ例手术后１年２个月死亡。本文就后侧颅底解剖、肿瘤生物学特征、术式选择及术后并发症等进行讨论。

Abstract Of the 12 cases of tumors in postero-lateral cranial base, 9 were benign, 3 were malignant. Resection of tumor was performed by combining craniocervical approaches in 11 cases. Conserva-tive treatment in 1 case. There was no relapse in benign group during the follow-up from 1 to 5 years; During 1 to 3-years follow-up in the malignant group,2 cases were survival, 1 case died at 14th month postoperatively. Anatomy of postero-lateral cranial base,biological characteristics of tumors,selection of surgical approaches and complications were discussed.
