摘要
回顾性分析１１例病理学证实的鼻腔鼻窦霉菌病的临床与ＣＴ表现。初步认为鼻窦内形成密度不均匀之结节状阴影，伴有不规则钙化及窦壁骨质破坏为该病的特征性ＣＴ表现。本文对鼻窦ＣＴ检查及诊断时的有关注意事项进行了讨论。
Abstract The clinical and CT findings in 11 patients with histologically confirmed mycosis of paranasal sinus and nasal cavity were studied retrospectively,CT features included nodular soft tissue mass and irregular calcification in paranasal sinus and nasal cavity,as well as bone destruc-tlon ot medial wall of maxillary sinus. The scanning technique and some problems of diagnosis were discussed.
