摘要
报告２例下咽、喉及颈段食管癌病人，手术切除后以游离空肠和吻合血管技术重建颈段食管的结果。２例术后一期愈合，完全恢复吞咽功能。其中１例术后８年健在，１例术后二个月死于心肌梗塞。认为游离空肠是重建颈段食管的较理想的移植材料。
Abstract Two patients with hypopharyngcal , laryngeal and cervical esophagus cancer were treated by radical dissection and free jejunal grafts for reconstruction of hypopharynx and cervical esopha-gus.After operation , these two patients restroed normal swollow function. One of the patients had urvived for eight years.We believe free jejunal grafts are satisfactory for reconstruction of hy-popharynx and cervical esophagus.
