异体硬脑膜干冻保存法及临床应用的研究

我们探索用干冻保存技术制作同种异体硬脑膜,获得成功。再将干冻硬脑膜经动物实验后,应用于临床修复眼睑缺损、上脸下垂、上脸退缩、脸缘皮肤内卷和巩膜坏死等,取得满意效果。同种异体硬脑膜干冻保存方法是一种有效的保存法。干冻保存的异体硬脑膜在临床可用于多种眼科矫形手术,是一种有效的组织替代物。

Homologuous dura mater was successfully preserved by lyophilization. After animal experimentation, the material was satisfactorily used as a tissue substitute in ophthalmic reconstructive surgery, such as correction of eyelid defect, blepharoptosis, upper eyelid retraction, cutaneous inversion of the lid margin, necrotic seleritis, etc.
