额肌瓣悬吊术矫治重度上睑下垂16例

Treatment of severe congenital blepharoptosis with suspension by m. Frontalis

本文用带蒂额肌组织瓣矫治重度上睑下垂16例26只眼,效果满意。手术方法为按重脸设计眼脸皮肤切口,分离眼脸皮肤及皮下组织,制作额肌瓣,缝合固定额肌瓣与睑板。其优点为不用中间物联系,避免间接利用额肌的力量,术中不要切破眶隔膜,缝合固定脸板时注意睑裂宽度,预防眼脸角状畸形、脸缘内翻及外翻。

26 eyes (16 cases) of severe congenital blepharoptosis were treated with direct suspension b m. Frontalis with satisfactory results. The procedure included separation of the skin and subcutaneous tissue through an incision at the eyelid fold upward to expose the tarsal plate and to reach m. Frontalis, from which a strip is isolated to be sutured to the front surface of the tarsal plate at a proper level, so as to provide effective forceful suspension without inducing deformity, entropiou or ectropion of the eyelid.
