广州地区健康人血清中微量元素正常值的研究

Studies on Normal Values of Trace Elements on Healthy Human Serum in Guangzhou Area

用ＩＣＰ发射光谱法对广州地区幼年、少年、青年、成年及老年组男女健康人３９０例血清中的Ｂａ、Ｃｒ、Ｍｇ、Ｍｎ、Ｓｒ、Ｚｎ、Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ和Ｃａ等元素进行测定．采用中位数确定各元素的正常值．除幼年组的钙、成年组的铁含量是男性高于女性，青年组的铜女性高于男性，并存在着显著性差异外，其它元素的含量在各个年龄组上，除不同性别可能略有差别外，均不存在显著性差异。

Normal values of Ba,Cr,Mg,Mn,Mo,Sr,Zn,Fe,Cu and Ca elements in 390 cases of human Serum of different ages were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Mid-value were served as normal values.Except Ca in boys is higher than in girls,Fe in men is higher than in women,Cu in old women is higher than in old men. and they have obvious difference,other elements between each ages don't have obvious difference but in men or women it would have a little difference.
